Albatross
The strategy of the Albatross fund is to select different industries and geographies, focusing on sectors with potential scale and growth prospects, with a view to consolidation and internationalization. For strategic reasons 60% of the value of investments will be made in companies based in national territory, although it will seek opportunities in Spain and other European Union countries where it can benefit from the direct or indirect presence of its partners.
The Albatross fund will focus preferentially on:
- Solid companies with opportunities for scale growth and product internationalization
- Reinforcing equity of companies with operational profitability whose capital structures need rebalancing
- Recovering from companies in need of restructuring and operational transformations.
- Support the management of companies with needs of support in processes of internationalization, consolidation or strategic orientation.
Greenpower
Greenpower seeks diversifying holdings in technologies such as photovoltaics, wind and hydro that are proven to generate stable and regular returns over extended periods of time. The Fund’s entire investment and risk management process meets rigorous standards, and all investment and divestment decisions are made by an expanded Board of Investors that also includes independent advisors (not connected to the management company).
Overall, the investment process assumes
- O Maximum investment in each project/company up to 33% of the fund’s assets;
- Active accompaniment of the project’s life, with special focus (“hands on”) on the financial component;
- Stable and long term presence in the participated projects;
- Privileged exit strategies through private sale or securitization of cash flows
