We are a Sociedade gestora specializing in investment funds that has a solid and multidisciplinary team of professionals who have been operating in the capital markets for over 20 years.
Initially established in 2011 as a Sociedade de Capital de Risco, we began to operate as a key player in supporting the growth and restructuring of companies, having been one of the main sources of funding for several Portuguese companies undergoing growth and expansion, including start-ups, to which we have provided stable financial and human resources to achieve their management and development plans.
In 2020, we expanded our offer by presenting ourselves now as Sociedade Gestora de Organismos de Investimento Coletivo with new products, specifically, Alternative Funds, Harmonized Funds and Private Equity Funds.
Our activity is part of the Grupo BIZ PAR, an independent financial group that has accumulated know-how in areas that include wealth management, construction of financial plans and management of asset structures.
The shareholders of BIZ PAR Group includes a group of professionals with relevant skills and experience in the financial sector.
We are authorized, regulated and supervised by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários)
Our main investors are private and institutional clients, including insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and national and international family offices.
